It's called Pruritus, in other words itching anus. It's quite common and not dangerous, typically caused by not wiping properly. It can also be a sign of hemmorhoids in or around your butt hole. I still recommend you go see a doctor. Wash it and keep it real clean and wash your hands after you scratch to avoid pink eye because I'm pretty sure that's probably why you got pink eye last time.
