I've seen your review for GTA:SA. as far as iam aware the game has issues with newer systems. (such as many older games) There is some stuff you could try: Tryna cap it at 60 FPS. Some problems may be related to your system just beeing too fast, to say it simple. Other then that try compability mode for the SA exe.
