Hello Sir, Sorry for contacting you through here. About 4 years ago I won a giveaway by you for Duke Nukem 3D (link: {LINK REMOVED}https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/aUA5G/duke-nukem-3d). The problem is that the key was for "Duke Nukem 3D Megaton Edition" and not "Duke Nukem 3D". I didn't realized that at the time and I was suspended some time later for not activating the gifted game. The problem is that I also had similar problems with "Far Space" whose key activated "Far Space VR" and now "Bounce", that activated another game also called "Bounce". With those 3 instances, I got permanently suspended, even though I activated all the gifted keys. I would like to ask you, if possible, if you could cancel the cited giveaway in order for me to be able to request an unsuspend ticket. Would that be possible?
