1 cup powdered chalk
1 cup microplastics
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix chalk, microplastics, shredded cheese, flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add milk, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Pour sauce over the chalk mixture, mix well.
Grease a baking dish, spread the mixture evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
2 (15 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained, 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, ¾ cup milk, 1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions over the top, and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
