23 Defense, lowest I've ever seen. I'm down voting this player for alt + tabbing every time I took my turn because there's no other explanation for me to lag only when I'm attacking. The crazy part is they still lost the match because they were unwilling to attack with anything with less than a 13 frame start up. I literally got to mid check him playing as Eddie for two straight rounds, that's when they started intentionally reducing the quality of the match connection.
