Even though you gave me an actual headache when I was playing against you, I know it's never about the game. One piece of ‘advice’ I can give you, but which you can ignore if you want, is to simply take long breaks from the internet and go outside more often. Don't accept any more friend requests if it's clear that they won't chat first on regular convos and will make you feel awkward only. You can even remove some people from your list and keep only those who text you first and do so often(but not too often). Only a true friend will understand your real-life problem and accept it as it is. With my fullest sincerity, I hope everything will go fine with you, and good luck.
