I play snowrunner a lot and am on their main discord server. There are ways to easily get 4 people into your game, it's just not intuitive. Feel free to friend me if you want. First steam only or epic only through their system works 100% last I checked. But, if using crossplay. Start your game , private, 4 players. Once up don't leave your garage. Invite one at a time the other three players. Wait until first to join is in garage. Then next joins, wait until fully in garage... Then you have all four players. This works 80% of the time.
