i reckon it would be a good idea if you asked valve to add the other 2 missing styles for the Macho Mann

From the reports I've heard, the controlmap.txt file works between all the different editions. You can use the one from the Key Tweaks .zip file or make your own with Skyrim Key Helper. Copy the .txt file to the proper path within the parent folder of the edition you have and it should just work.
