Nah I had 67% progress on Meepo, and he was the last hero on my atlas. Win or lose, I was completing that entry, and I had been avoiding playing that Meepo match for weeks, hoping someone else would pick it. Now that the event was about to end, I had to log in and just play that match, and I didn't really care about the result, I just wanted it over with so I wouldn't have to worry about it. You can call it selfish and I won't disagree with you, but my only motivation was to get the Meepo game out of the way with no actual knowledge on how to play the hero, so I hopped into unranked for it. If I could've done it with bots instead, I would've done so, but no matter how we put it, I was going into a losing game no matter what, so I picked first because I had no intent of counterpicking and I would allow the rest of the team to pick around the draft.

On a technical level, I can see that you are a decent player, but your understanding of the game is poor.
