@Well-trained Alpaca If you use 1.4 you can just use the archive I sent below. Alternatively, make the if always true (don't comment it), or initialize isTrained to true in Start()^.
I have the same problem with Giddy Up. Do I just open the JobDriver_Mounted.cs file and delete the "if (isTrained) TryAttackEnemy(rider);" part?
