When nothing else is going on in the game and a close unhook happens, I typically go back to the hook to start chase with the person that unhooked while making an active effort to ignore the person who was on hook. If you stay around beyond that, while on death hook, that’s on you. Again, in that game you died on either the 6th or 7th total hook with 3 gens completed. That’s not the result of intentional tunneling, it’s just poor decision making.

You should rewatch the game (if only it was possible) you maybe did it not on purpose but the second a got unhook you made a 180 and come right to my face
