Ok to those who are on my page and need room for friends.... the more you level up on steam the more friends you can add. so the easiest ways to level up is by getting card packs from getting all achievements (achievments are the cards you can get) and once you get all of them you can create a card pack, and when you open that card pack you gain xp and you could get badges or a background for your steam profile page. thanks for reading I hope this was helpful!
