My guess is you haven't applied the playhead slider when locking the sax to the sniper model. The steps are to apply the animation to the sniper model, then lock the sax model to the sniper (prolly his hand, r_hand), and then, with the sax model selected, use the playhead slider in the motion editor. If one model already has motion in it, locking another model to it will not transfer that motion to the new model. The playhead slider tells the locked model to take that motion from the first model and apply its motion to the new mode.
